The House

The house is composed of 2 separate structures connected by an outdoor stair. All rooms of the house face the pool and grounds as well as the beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. The lower structure houses, at ground floor, a generous living area, a generous dining table for 12 and a large custom kitchen, all open to the gentle breezes yet protected from the elements. At the second floor of the lower structure 2 large bedroom suites with private bathrooms and a tall palapa roof open to the views.
The taller structure has 3 bedroom suites each with private bathroom and a private terrace for lounging. The house is fully private and a real oasis of peace.
